Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
All goods will despatch our warehouse within 7 working days from order confirmation, excluding custom items which carry varied lead times.
For Courier deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:
Southern Highlands NSW Local Area - 1-2 business days
Sydney 3-5 business days
Rural Areas: 10-14 business days

Delivery charges will vary depending on the characteristics of the items that you have purchased. You can be assured that we strive to keep in any shipping costs to a minimum, however please take into consideration that some purchases under $150 may incur a shipping fee from our supplier.
